If you are located outside the United States, you understand that U.S. company formation, business setup, tax obligations, banking, payment processing, and compliance may create obligations in the United States and in your home country.
GovAxis does not determine your tax residency, legal residency, immigration status, banking eligibility, local licensing obligations, or reporting obligations outside the United States.
You are solely responsible for obtaining local legal, tax, and financial advice in your country.
You consent to receive communications electronically, including emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, portal messages, invoices, receipts, notices, service updates, document requests, and legal notices.
You agree that your electronic signature, checkbox consent, typed name, account login, payment submission, or portal confirmation has the same legal effect as a physical signature.
GovAxis may retain records of your consent, including date, time, IP address, email address, phone number, device information, payment record, submitted forms, and the version of Terms accepted.
GovAxis may collect and process personal and business information necessary to provide services, verify identity, prepare documents, communicate with you, process payments, comply with law, prevent fraud, and coordinate with third-party providers.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact GovAxis in writing and allow at least 30 days for informal resolution.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, GovAxis services, payments, website use, client portal use, or communications shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Texas, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. The governing law shall be the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law.
You and GovAxis agree that disputes shall be brought only on an individual basis. No class action, collective action, representative action, private attorney general action, or consolidated proceeding shall be permitted, except where prohibited by law.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property, confidentiality violations, unauthorized system access, fraud, or non-payment.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If any dispute is not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue shall be the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
GovAxis does not authorize any employee, contractor, salesperson, affiliate, or representative to make guaranteed-outcome promises. Any promise of guaranteed bank approval, guaranteed government approval, guaranteed tax result, guaranteed legal result, guaranteed immigration result, guaranteed revenue, or guaranteed contract award is not authorized and is not binding on GovAxis unless signed in writing by an authorized GovAxis officer.
GovAxis may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted on the website, client portal, checkout page, or sent electronically.
Your continued use of GovAxis services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any invoice, service order, proposal, package description, privacy policy, and written agreement signed by GovAxis, form the entire agreement between you and GovAxis regarding the services.
