GovAxis is committed to fair, transparent pricing and a clear refund process. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, what is refundable, and how to request one. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Our refund eligibility depends on how far your formation order has progressed. The key milestone is state submission — the moment we file your formation documents with the relevant state agency (e.g., the Delaware Division of Corporations or Wyoming Secretary of State).
Before that milestone, you have maximum flexibility. After it, state fees are gone and only our service fee is partially refundable.
If you cancel your order before we have submitted your formation documents to the state, you are entitled to a full refund of all GovAxis service fees, with no questions asked and no administrative deduction.
"Before state submission" means: your KYC has not been marked complete, or your documents have been prepared but not yet filed with the state. If you are unsure of your order's status, contact us at hello@govaxis.org.
Once we have submitted your formation documents to the state, the state filing fee is non-refundable because we have already paid it on your behalf and it has been received by the state agency. State agencies do not issue refunds for formation filings.
However, GovAxis service fees are refundable on a prorated basis at this stage, calculated as follows:
Example: If you purchased a Wyoming LLC Standard package for $349 and $60 of that was the Wyoming state filing fee, and we had already paid the state but your formation is pending approval, the state fee ($60) is non-refundable. The remaining service component ($289), less any additional incurred costs, would be eligible for a prorated refund.
Once your entity has been approved by the state and your Articles of Organization or Certificate of Incorporation have been issued, no refund is available for GovAxis service fees or state filing fees. The service has been delivered in full.
If we have already submitted your banking application to a partner bank (Mercury, Relay, or Wise Business) on your behalf, no refund is available for the banking introduction component of your service package. If a bank declines your application, we will re-route you to another partner at no additional cost — this is included in your service.
If we have already submitted your EIN application (Form SS-4) to the IRS, no refund is available for the EIN application service component.
Annual compliance services (Form 5472, ITIN preparation) are refundable before work has commenced on preparing the relevant filing. Once preparation has begun, no refund is available for that component.

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and confirm eligibility based on your order's current stage. We aim to complete refund reviews within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, or other Stripe-supported method). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional days to appear on your statement.
GovAxis does not issue refunds in cash, via wire transfer, or to a different payment instrument than the one used for the original purchase.
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, or if you have extenuating circumstances not covered by this policy, contact us at legal@govaxis.org to escalate your case. We review each situation individually and make reasonable accommodations where warranted.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting GovAxis for resolution will be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination and restriction from future use of our Services.
