I agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been booked, delivered, attended, missed by me, rescheduled at my request, or otherwise made available to me.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without valid legal grounds, I agree that GovAxis LLC may provide this agreement, appointment records, communications, payment records, IP logs, attendance records, and related documentation to the payment processor, financial institution, arbitration provider, or court as evidence of my authorization and acceptance of the service.
